It's not an error message, it's a warning nessage - the difference is
important. Analog will stop when it encounters an error, but warnings can
usually be safely ignored, and often (as in this case) they merely notify
you that there may be an inconsistency in the presentation of your results.
The warning is simpley that, while you've asked to sort the requests by
date, the "sub-report" that lists the arguments for each file is still
sorted by the number of requests.
You can resolve the warning by adding
REQARGSSORTBY DATE
to your cfg file.

The REQEXCLUDE * shouldn't be necessary - it's implicit in the REQINCLUDE
