I have this problem. I have to build up different 'logical' reports for
my company, and each of them grab different branches of the whole tree of
URLs requested.
That's how I have proceeded. First, I run analog and let it produce an
output report withou any alias. Then I want it to produce different reports
(for now let's assume I want only one). Here comes my problem.
As long as I issue some definitions of pages based not only on the
extension, but on the path too, when I set some aliases (which are logical,
that is to say completely different from the original URL), the page
definition is messed up! (not completely of course, becuase some are being
caught by analog).
With this instruction, I build a 'logical' branch of the tree, called
'Biblioteche':
FILEALIAS balwww.comune.prato.it/* Biblioteche/$1
If I want to include every script of the directory
'balwww.comune.prato.it/cgi-bin/easyweb/" as a PAGE, this instruction works
fine:
PAGEINCLUDE */cgi-bin/easyweb/*
But this other one, doesn't work anymore:
PAGEEXCLUDE balwww.comune.prato.it/easycat*
And this is a simple case, but if I change the level, the trouble raises up:
FILEALIAS balwww.comune.prato.it/* Biblioteche/Catalogo/$1
This inclusion doesn't work anymore:
PAGEINCLUDE */cgi-bin/easyweb/*
So, besides building different page inclusions/exclusions for report (which
may lead to errors), do you have any ideas?
