Hello, I have three versions of Analog: 4.15, 4.90 BETA 2 and 4.90 BETA 4. I have set up the configuration files for all three of these versions to be close to the same. The default configuration files for the 4.90 BETA versions appear to have extra commands which I don't completely understand and I have left them alone. My question is: When I run Analog 4.15, it shows in the Monthly Report, for example, 7302 requests and 1758 pages for January, 5167 requests and 1862 pages for February, etc. When I run Analog 4.90 BETA x, it shows in the Monthly Report 7302 requests and 45 pages for January, 5167 requests and 1 page for February, etc. I am analyzing a Microsoft 2000 Advanced Server machine with IIS 5.0, with daily log files using the extended log format. I do not understand why the 4.90 BETA x versions consistently show different and very low page counts but reproduce exactly the same number of requests as does 4.15. I thought for a moment that the definition of a page has changed to mean how many different pages were visited in the month but I do not have just 1 page on my web site and I can see in the log files that more than one page was visited in February. I have looked through the FAQ, but it does not appear to cover the 4.90 BETA versions and I have looked through the documentation for the new version. I am thinking there must be some place that tells me that the definition of pages is different, but I have not yet found this. Could this then be a defect in the new BETA versions? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you in advance. Richard +------------------------------------------------------------------------ | This is the analog-help mailing list.
