The problem is that Microsoft in their wisdom decided to localise the date
in the logfile, so there aren't really just two formats, but dozens. Your
date is in neither of the most common ones.
So you need to write your own LOGFORMAT. But you should be able to adapt the
one at the bottom of docs/logfmt.html, just changing the date.
At least they're getting rid of that annoying paperclip.
