I just upgraded to version 5.0 on both an NT machine and a Linux box. The
Linux box is running perfectly but Analog on the NT machine is dropping
chart images into the root Analog folder (on this system, D:\Analog) and
giving them strange names.
What is happening is the chart images are being created with the names
"imagesDNSFILExxx.png". The LOCALCHARTDIR setting and the next variable are
as follows:
LOCALCHARTDIR images\
DNSFILE dnscache.dat
It seems as though Analog is ignoring the "\" and considering the next line
as part of the value. I have tried this with the full path,
"D:\analog\images\" and I get the same problem. So, it is reading the path
correctly. The URL path settings (IMAGEDIR and CHARTDIR) are working
correctly. Thanks for your help.
