Here's a line from one of our win2k/IIS5 servers, that I temporarily set
up to use the MS IIS Logfile Format, that confirms the use of four digit
years (with IP numerals replaced with x):

x.x.x.x, -, 6/5/2001, 15:49:55, W3SVC8, MACHINENAME, x.x.x.x, 125, 341,
792, 200, 0, GET, /analogo.gif, -,
