Most likely you don't have both time and date on every line of your
logfile. Analog probably said "time without date or vice versa." You
need to customize your IIS settings to include the date on every line.

There are several tools on the Helper Applications page to help you
recover from your old logs, but they are much more accurate if you
include the date from the start.
