REFREPEXCLUDE and REQEXCLUDE will remove lines from the Referrer
Report and Request Report, respectively. So if you say
REFREPEXCLUDE http://www.mydomain.com/*
Then all referrers from www.mydomain.com will not be listed in the
report (they will be included in the "not listed" line).
If you just want to see a single line for each domain use the
Referring Sites Report.
