I have W3SVC, the format of my log is similar than yours, the difference is on the
date:
172.19.17.177, CONSOLA, 06/06/2001, 16:30:55, W3SVC, REQUEST, enterprise, 551, 0, 11,
100, 0, GET,
/172.19.17.177, 172.19.17.177:4496,
Origen=CONSOLA\172.19.17.177#Destino=142#Mensaje=RESPUESTA #idMsg=0
And my logformat is:
LOGFORMAT (%S, %u, %d/%m/%Y, %h:%n:%j, W3SVC, REQUEST, %v, %T, %j, %b, %c, %j, GET,
%r, %j, %q\n)
