You are absolutely correct. I have HOSTLOWMEM 3 for large logs, to
conserve
memory, and I went back and read the doc. explaining that it turns off
HOST
reporting when you do that at level 3. I'm sorry to waste your time
instead
of reading fully about each of the parameters in my config. file. It
does work fine
when I lower or delete that config. parameter.

Hopefully some readers of this list may have run into this effect, .....
so I may at least salvage some self respect. <:-|
