MAKE SURE that you have the latest security fixes
applied. Many people, myself included, have
encountered the same thing over the last couple of
days. There is a worm circulating the web that is
attacking IIS machines.

My problems seem to have stopped since installing this
patch, but I have a feeling this isn't over yet...
