Hi, I am sure this has been covered somewhere before but I have search the lists/documents and can't find anything that works. I currently generate 30+ reports every night and each report has it's own config file with all of it's own settings. I run each report with bash>analog +gotherfile.cfg where the default analog.cfg is blank. The problem is that each config includes 100 FILEALIAS command which were lifted from the aliases in my apache's httpd.conf and 10 logformats etc..etc To make my life easier I really need a way to have the FILEALIASES etc. in their own config files so that I can include them into my separate report configs at runtime. Why? because when I update my FILEALIASE's I have to update them in 30+ files. I have tries using the commands CONFILGFILE otherfile inside of my other.cfg's and I have tried including global options in the analog.cfg but all to no avail. Alas, what do I do? Surely somebody has come up with the solution or I'm probably missing something. John +------------------------------------------------------------------------ | This is the analog-help mailing list.
