It sounds like you just copied the new analog.exe over the old one. The
lang files have been updated too, so you'll need to make sure you replace
them too.

The simplest way, especially when you are updating, is to rename your
existing Analog directory, extract the new version to it's default
(C:\Analog 5.03) and rename that folder to C:\Analog. Then copy over any
.CFG files that you created in the old folder.
