[analog-help] Outlook Express

I use Windows ME and recently downloaded Analog 5.03 but cannot get past first base!  My host is Easyspace and they send me raw log details by email.  How can I use the data received in Outlook Express to produce Analog reports?  (I can also download from my site but these are already in the form of an Analog report).
