Sorry, I'm not trying to be dense, but I'm not sure what you mean by 'unique
requests'. If you mean, 'don't count it when the same host visits the same
file again' then no, you can't. But you wouldn't want to anyway, because
it's quite likely to be another user coming from the same ISP.
