Incidentally, Steven, I wanted to mention this to you and the list. A while
back, I had asked for a feature request of "open links in new window". You
had replied (correctly) that target="" wasn't valid under HTML 2.0.
However, people using HEADERFILE's can force links
to open in a new window with the code located here:
http://www.randomwalks.com/links.html
