I'm sorry that I've explained my problem not so well (my English is not
the
best). I try it again:

I made a statistic with all my log-files until 23:59 two days ago and
wrote
a cache-file.
Today I made a statistic with this cache file and with the log-file from
0:00
yesterday to 23:59 yesterday.
These two statistics have a difference of 2000 pages for August 2001.

Then I counted the rows in the log-file, which have a .html, .htm, / in
it.
With the result 2025, so I would think that the number of pages in the
statistic also should go up 2025 (not 2000).

I hope that it is more understandable this time.
