I've just written a helper application for analog: "FixDNS". http://www.wischik.com/lu/programmer/analog-stuff.html SUMMARY -- the QDNS program from AnalogX will accept whatever the dns tells it. Some people have bad dns names with spaces in them. QDNS accepts these, and puts them in the dnscache. But then analog complains. My program fixes up these problems in the dnscache so that you can run analog without complaint. It's only for windows so far. (actually, the unix dns-resolvers generally don't accept bad dns names, so the program isn't needed for unix). And I haven't really tested it much. Would you mind forwarding a mention of this to the analog mailing list, please? I can't at the moment, because my main modem connection is down. -- Lucian +------------------------------------------------------------------------ | This is the analog-help mailing list.
