Your uncompress line should look like this:
UNCOMPRESS *.rar ("c:\Program Files\winrar\rar.exe" -p)
It tells analog to open all files ending in .rar using winrar.
Your logfile lines need to include the .rar files. So add this:
LOGFILE c:\lblogs\lblogs.rar
or maybe even this:
LOGFILE c:\lblogs\*.rar
