There's a searchable web archive of the list at http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ > Has anybody used analog to analyse squid access log files. > I can't seem to find the right format for analog to check. The basic problem is that Squid logs don't use HTTP status codes, so Analog can't readily evaluate entries. And proxy server logs include information that Analog isn't designed to extract. (Analog doesn't have any concept of a hit ration, for example). There are tools specifically designed for analyzing squid logs, such as calamari.
