ok. I fixed it anyway by specifying just the FTP logon procedure:
LOGFORMAT (%s, %u, %d/%m/%y, %h:%n%j, %j, %v, %j, %j, %j, %j, %b, %j,
[%j]%j, abcuser, %j,)

It works for me - I only get a General Summary and Domain and Organization
reports, because you don't have a %r in there, so there is no request
report.
I'm not sure how you will distinguish between the two "sent" lines - I
don't have the IIS FTP server installed, but I know that when it is
configured to use W3 Extended logs, you don't get 2 entries for each
transfer.
