If it's simple formatting you need changed, and you can confirm that the plus signs were in the logs before they went into analog, take the logs before they go into analog and do a regular expression on them: look for something that looks like a URL with + signs in it that aren't cgi calls, and replace the plusses with spaces, or their ascii code equivalent %20(whichever one lets you click and get a link). In unix this is easy, although I suspect you are in windows, but most proper programming languages support regexp: java, perl, python, sed...
