What exactly do you mean by "they still appear in the other reports"? IP
numbers only occur in the host report. If you are using HOSTEXCLUDE
(rather than HOSTREPEXCLUDE), then any requests made by the specified
hosts will be ignored, and will not be included in any reports.

Note that if you are using a cache file, you have to do your HOSTEXCLUDES
when you create the report - the link between a request and its host is
lost when you create the cache file.
