You can use a date as a FLOOR for some reports <http://www.analog.cx/docs/othreps.html#FLOOR> But it's not clear from the documentation if it does what you want, and I haven't tried it. In general, you get one output per run, so you can get a failure report for the last 14 days, but not in the same run as a request report for the last 3 months.
