Change SEARCHQUERYFLOOR for the Search Query report and SEARCHWORDFLOOR for the Search Word report. A Search query may have more that one word - for instance three searches, one for "alcohol consumption", one for "alcohol intake" and one for "alcohol" will create 3 entries on your search query report, and 3 on your search word report - "alcohol" will have a score of 3 on the search word report, but a score of 1 on your search query report.
