?? You just call Analog with a different .cfg file.

Analog -G +gother.cfg

This tells Analog to ignore analog.cfg and use other.cfg instead.
Alternatively, you could have all the common stuff in analog.cfg, and the
differences in all.cfg and sub1.cfg and sub2.cfg, and then just call

analog +gall.cfg
analog +gsub1.cfg
analog +gsub2.cfg
