Alright, I'm really confused now. I've checked my settings with --settings
and everything seems to be good (It's seeing all the logfiles).

I run either /usr/bin/analog or my perl webscript anlgform.pl and I get
output that is consistent with my statistics.

However, as soon as I open my web brower and run the anlgform.pl script I
get back a page that has very little information (Title, Gerneral
Summary[with 0 successful requests] and footer information).

I re-downloaded the source tar and replaced my anlgform.pl. Again, I'm
confused because it works on the linux command line, but not in my web
browser.

Wildcards in logfiles work fine. Try using --settings to see what analog
thinks it's doing.
