ok - fair point. I use 1 config file for each site I analyse - not too difficult to manage as there are only 16 sites.

I've often used more arguments than that on NT, so I don't think the problem is with Analog. I'd be surprised if it has anything to do with the total line length, but to test that, I'd just try to use echo instead of Analog to see exactly what the shell is trying to work with.
