The referrer report includes all referring URLs, including search engine
traffic. If you want to put some more structure in the referral report, you
could try to rewrite search engine URLs, such as (using your sample line)
REFALIAS http://google.yahoo.com/bin/query?p=*&* http://search/google/$1/
REFALIAS http://www.google.*/bin/query?p=*&* http://search/google/$2/
That way, you get referrers listed as
http://search/google/some+search+keywords/
and by using SUB... directives you can group results by search engine.
