Dear Duke, Thanks for the reply, I have tried to interpret the documentation on the CASE directive - but it seems to only be relevant for URLS (domain names) not browser names (and not file names). I thought perhaps (like USERCASE) perhaps there existed BROWCASE or BROWSERCASE but there does not (tried and tested)!
Also I was aware of ROBOTINCLUDE but I was not sure if the robot page requests were counted as such. Further investigation and testing has revealed that pages by robots are counted, and the ROBOTINCLUDE field is also case sensitive :-(. So I am back to the beginning - does anyone know how to make browser names case INsensitive? (CASE INSENSITIVE does not work :-() Thanks Scott On Mon, 6 May 2002, Duke Hillard wrote: > These URIs in Analog's documentation might be helpful: > > http://www.analog.cx/docs/alias.html#CASE > > http://www.analog.cx/docs/include.html#ROBOTINCLUDE > > -- Duke Hillard > > > Scott Spence wrote: > > >Hi all, > > > >Is anyone using the lists located at: > > > >http://www.abc.org.uk/exclusions/exclude.htm > > > >to exlude robots etc from their statistics?
