I'm assuming you're looking in Analog's DNS cache file, dnsfile.txt? This is a timestamp, marking when the entry was created. It's measured in the num,ber of minutes since the Unix "standard epoch" date of 1 January 1970. It's used to delete and re-look-up old entries according to the value of the DNSGOODHOURS variable.
