That won't group them by the parameter after &CHOICE, though.

If you don't care about the stuff that comes before &CHOICE, you might
be able to use a Regular Expression like:

FILEALIAS /cgi-bin/ibi_cgi/ibiweb.exe?*&CHOICE*
/cgi-bin/ibi_cgi/ibiweb.exe?$2
(if all the requests are for /cgi-bin/ibi_cgi/ibiweb.exe) or

FILEALIAS *?*&CHOICE* $1?$3
(if the &CHOICE parameter is used against more than one file).

Then use FILEINCLUDE or REQINCLUDE as appropriate.
