This is a known "bug" in the current binary, but is not very important
-- it's just trying to ask you for name/value pairs. In a CGI
environment, this is not an issue.

Must be a server configuration issue. Have you looked at your server
logs? Any information on whether it's timing out or getting an error
message? Does the server run other CGI programs?
