No it doesn't. If you look in your log file, you'll see that your web
server put the plus signs there.

Analog reports on what's in the log files. You'll have to see whether
you can configure your web server to log the spaces as spaces.

I have a vague memory that someone had a similar problem before, and it
was suggested that they might be able to use a FILEALIAS command to
convert filenames with + in them to use %20 instead, but I can't find
the thread in the archives.
