You need to find a copy of gzip for windows. Cygwin
(http://www.cygwin.com/) contains it. Or download it directly from the
gzip home page (http://www.gzip.org/#exe).

Then set up your UNCOMPRESS command as described in the docs
(http://www.analog.cx/docs/logfile.html#UNCOMPRESS).
