There are two types of INCLUDE/EXCLUDE command in Analog (see
http://www.analog.cx/docs/include.html for details). Those that apply
to all reports (i.e. exclude 'data' from the logs). This include
FILEEXCLUDE. When you use a FILEEXCLUDE command all log file lines
with a matching file (or request) pattern will be excluded from ALL
reports.

The other type of exclusions are report-specific. REQEXCLUDE is an
example of this. It excludes items from the Request Report only. Log
file lines containing those items will still be counted in other
reports.

In the settings you showed, you did not list any FILEEXCLUDE related
settings, just the REQEXCLUDE ones (and LINKINCLUDE which is a whole
other set).

If you can't find the relevant lines in the settings output, post the
entire output here and I (or someone) can help you figure it out.
Don't need the config, that's what the settings will tell us.
