I have setup Analog 5.24 as: ORGFLOOR 1r SUBORG *.*.com DNSFILE dnscache.txt DNS WRITE DNSBADHOURS 48
For the most part, the org chart looks ok and I see domain names. However, I see that for the ip addres of 202.131.128.10 (located in the Sudan) the org chart shows as: 202.131 and the ip of 12.18.72.36 shows as 12 1. I am unclear how to get it to show the entire ip address. 2. I pre-process all of my log files. I'm considering adding a geographic lookup, which would give City/Region. What field could I use so that I could display the City/Region in a report, which still displaying the Organization. Or, must I replace the Organization with City/Region and forget about the DNS lookup?
