Yes, I was using the cmd line but that wasn't the problem. I finally got it
to run and the issue was not QDNS related.
Although it works much faster than Analog's DNS lookup, it's still taking
quite a while (20 seconds to process 100 queries). I have 68,000 unresolved
IP's queued for lookup. Is there anyway I can speed this process up? Would
changing the /T cmd help? Maybe a different server to read from?

Thanks,
Konrad

You're running QDNS at the command line, correct?

What commands or switches are you using?
