what was the issue? the list is here to help us solve problems.

I have several servers to pick from and speed can vary by a factor of
10 times or more when looking up say 500 entries. And note they all
don't give the same results ... so for a monthly I'll go back and
strip out the "unresolvable" and run the log again with one of
the other (slower) servers.
