I own a virtual server of my own, which operates as a regular server does.
I have all my own configuration files, etc, etc, etc.

My provider has available to me the analog program, which I have to
install on my server (which I did). No configuration was needed on my
end, it was a simple 'vinstall analog' command that did it for me.

So, to where I am now.

I host more virtual servers under me, each with their own logfile.
I am currently experimenting with one domain. I have setup a separate
config file and have setup the cron to run analog with the other config
file.

Here are the cron and results:

37 23 * * * /usr/local/bin/virtual /usr/local/analog/analog +O- +a -G
+g/usr/local/analog/analogditr.cfg -settings| /usr/bin/mail -s "Weekly
Diamond Stats 1" [EMAIL PROTECTED]

With this one, I get e-mailed the settings. It shows the 'alternative'
config file as the
full path that I have put in the cron.

37 23 * * * /usr/local/bin/virtual /usr/local/analog/analog +O- +a -G
+g/usr/local/analog/analogditr.cfg| /usr/bin/mail -s "Weekly Diamond Stats"
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

The cron result tells me 'Null message body; hope that's ok' and sends me
another
message, which should contain the result of analog, that is COMPLETELY
blank.

I have posted the results of the '-settings' e-mail and the config file at
the following
location ... hopefully someone can help me out ?????? :
