You might try setting the FAILFLOOR level to something really low:
FAILFLOOR 1r
Will include every failure in the report. If that doesn't do it, check
to make sure you aren't excluding all those lines on some other
criteria with an EXCLUDE or INCLUDE command.
Finally you can run analog with SETTINGS ON and it will tell you
exactly what it thinks it is including and excluding. This might
suggest where the requests are going.
