There is a DOMINCLUDE command, so DOMINCLUDE *.ZA should do the job.

.com and .net are international. I'm sending this message from a .com IP
address, using a .net email address, and I'm not in the US. You can use
"whois" to get some more information about such domains, so you could
use a script further analyse the Domain Report if you wanted that
information.
