REFFLOOR 1r

will cause all referrers that have more than 1 request to be listed.

A request for xyz.gif counts as a request. a request for xyz.htm counts
as a request, and as a page request.

Note that when someone clicks on a link to come to your site, they will
almost always generate a page request. So all the requests that were
referred by google generated page hits. But the 17 entries that were
referred by bicycleaustin.com only represented 1 page request, because
16 of them were actually requests for logo.gif - in other words, 16
people saw that button on your page, and the request from their browser
to your server used bicycleaustin.com as the referrer. If they started
at aindex.html, and them immediately went to index.html, you won't see a
second referrer entry, because the browser already has the image loaded,
it won't ask for it again.
