I have almost exactly the same problem as you have (See my emails from yesterday). Does it work for you now using PAGEINCLUDE command? If yes, could you send me corresponding settings from your config file?

Yeah, I meant Pageinclude. If you want those aliases to be counted as
Pages, you'll have to use PAGEINCLUDE on them.
