Title: is it possible to include a particular string in the querystring usign regex?

i want to fileinclude only files that have a particular querystring

ex: /mls/test.asp?cid=103 would be included but not  /mls/test.asp?aid=102
this would apply to all files.

is this possible?
can i use regular expressions?
