Its not an error actually it's a warning,

analog: Warning L: logfiles c:\logs\gate1\WEBD20021201.log and
  C:\logs\gate2\WEBD20021201.log overlap: possible double counting

I tried to run it using two directories, but the problem is it only
counts the first directory.

Analog doesn't have any trouble accessing two files with the same name
in
different directories. What is the exact error message?
