Is it -1? 4Gb is upper addressable limit on 32 bit architecture.

Subject: [analog-help] Out of memory?

Running Analog 5.31 on Mac OS X 10.23 (Jaguar) I get this message:

*** malloc: vm_allocate(size=32768) failed with 4294966995
*** malloc[3751]: error: Can't allocate region
/usr/local/analog/analog: Fatal error: Ran out of memory: cannot continue:
exiting

Except that this server has 768MB of memory and it's only read at most 100MB
of log files. FWIW, the message preceding this was a "Warning F: DNS lock
file ... already exists."

Does the malloc information mean anything to anyone? Has anyone had any
similar problems?
