For the people I host for, they might be interested in knowing how large the
web pages are to determine if some are excessively large so as to cause a
long time loading for clients. People tend not to return to web sites that
take a long time to load. While this might not be of any concern to people
who put up web sites containing gibberish, some people have web sites that
they run for profit and/or sell products on, as do all of my clients. If the
file size report wasn't of use, why would Stephen have spent the time to
code for it?

If this thread offended or puzzled others, my apologies. My intent was to
provide some input that would be of use to others. If it doesn't, I'll cease
to contribute.
