I am currently using Analog 5.24 on an Intranet running Windows 2000 Server (Service Pack 3) and IIS5

I have scheduled a job to run on a daily basis to collate the stats. on our internal Intranet system. This works well and the information it produces is excellent.

The only issue we have with the report is the 'Hourly Summary' section.

When the report is viewed, requests to the site are being shown from hour 2 (2am) through to hour 16 (4pm) - in fact the site is only used between 7am and 9pm. There appears to be an offset of some five hours.

Before sending the e-mail I have checked the following -

        1.        The server regional settings are set to United Kingdom and the time is set to GMT Standard Time

        2.        The time and date on the server are correct

        3.        I have checked the format of the W3SVC3 files it is reading and the time and date is displayed as -

                        2003-03-26 10:52:37 ......

These fields (date and time) are the first two with the file

        4.        Within the Analog Configuration file used with this job the following is set -

                        #LOGFORMAT MIRCOSOFT-NA
                        LOGFILE <location>
                        LOGTIMEOFFSET 0

Can anybody help ?

Thanks

Simon
