Some ideas:

* If you control the nameserver used as the resolver, define
  the reverse zone on your nameserver instead of forwarding.

* Preprocess the log files to translate IPs in that netblock.

* Reverse-resolve the log files using an external lookup program,
  run analog with DNS READ or DNS OFF and use HOSTALIAS commands to
  translate the IPs into hostnames.

* Contact the netblock owner and help them understand that reverse
  DNS resolution would be nice :-)
